H&R Block Conversion Questions
Hi all.....looking for some input from people that have converted their practice to an H&R Store. I am a degreed accountant and an enrolled agent. I built my practice to approx 1,000 tax returns plus bookkeeping and payroll processing. I am meeting with Block representatives next week about a possible conversion. I am hoping to get some feedback from others as to their experiences when they converted. While Block is offering a hefty sum of money to convert as well as no royalties on my existing client base, I am looking to find out more about their interference, if any, of running my practice, working with them, etc. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
