    Red Gear Technologies Major Problems with Software to contract users

    As of today many Taxworks users still do not have functional tax software.
    No response from Red Gear management of the expected timetable for producing
    tax software. This is the wrong time of the year for users to change to another system.
    Costs and man-hours would be large as users of the software look for recovery. See
    the current following on "The Progressive Accountant" and on Red Gear's Facebook.

      Taxworks has always been a problem in my district. The software is poorly designed, extremely user unfriendly and next to impossible to use. And that is when it IS fully functional. The new version is so the opposite of intuitive it is pathetic. Can't make entries, can't see entries, can't see pages, can't print, can't check the work....what's to like?
