I invest based on fundamentals. However, from a technical standpoint the daily chart seems to be presenting a nearly textbook example of a reverse head-and-shoulders bottom. Of course, the slight whiff of a buyout possibility ( Roche?) doesn't hurt. Outstanding level of insider buying is a big positive, as well.
PACB doesn't present much to excite traders, but IMHO investors will be rewarded in time.
Once again, I feel that the long term fundamentals of PACB look fabulous. However, the shorter term chart is absolutely gorgeous!
In the future, technicians will be able to use the daily chart of PACB as a "Mona Lisa" example of a Bullish chart pattern.
Short term traders are starting to notice. That may not be a bad thing. When the attention-deficit crowd gets bored, their exit will provide investors with another decent entry point. (Granted, that will be at a higher price than we currently see, but investment capital is not always available at Market Lows!)
