This company is faltering so bad of late. They cancelled 13 of my flights this winter and didn't even have the decency to call me. This past week my 8 AM flight was 3 and 1/2 hours late. I missed a crucial business meeting, consequently and they wouldn't even give me a refund. And I was told this happens every day. They said that there is no flight interest into the Atlantic City hub due to hurricane Sandy, and thus all of the cancellations and confusion. I think they have alienated every single client and no amount of PR can resuscitate this POS company.
