I fly this POS weekly because of business reasons. They were using USA personel to staff their phone lines until about 5 years ago when they shifted to the Phillipines. Well that was an unmitigated disaster. You could not understand a word they were saying. Now they use India. This is their filter and their buffer. It serves as their complaint department, as well. It is almost impossible to resolve a complaint on line or at an American Spirit airline hub. You have to talk to India. They have zero comprehension of air travel and time schedule dictates when a situation arises. They have no sense of the needs and frustrations of the western traveler. They take phone calls like hitler youth reading the "text". They are rude and inappropriate. This is killing "save".
