In the last few years i have done pretty well and one of the two times I lost is when I listed to cramer. He felt definitive about cisco and it went the other direction. It seems like whatever he says about this company it goes in the other direction. He said he thinks it should do alright therefore, based on my experience and him never getting this company right whether up or down...
apple taking up 28% of tech stocks
fed not going to ease
dividend play is now over
market pullback inevitable it is time to short cisco. if it breaks 21 think it is going to plummet........
good luck to anybody who may have bought at THIS level listening to cramer about this company heh
honestly I went all in just before earning. I am short right now and only at about 10 cents profit for 7700 shares but I am staying because I DO NOT SEE THIS HITTING 21 for a VERY LONG TIME. I am thinking downward all the way till he explains himself at his conference at the end of the month. Then MAYBE he can redeem himself...but based from what other's say each time he speaks things get worse.
Moreover, right this moment is as good as it gets! Get out now little guys before the hedgefunds short your life away!
EVERYTHING on my screen is RED except Apple which is up another $12 today. You know things are not good when 1 stock is holding up the indices. Apple is 34% of all gains, not a healthy market.
Markets are in for a little retracement.
Shorting might lose a bit of money but I think you could make a pretty good killing. I would take profits especially after having the dividend in cisco....
Imagine what will happen if and when apple GOES read. Perhaps missing expectations or a software glitch, something silly..
they just had a good thesis about apple and the former tech bubbles of 98. They showed companies they said should buy and it rode up bit by bit and crashed in a matter of an hour or so. It all started with analyst's competing for attention by raising estimates on companies they said they had to own. I guess somebody said something stupid about RIMM and android being owned and run by apple in the future...?
Cisco having a good quarter or so doesn't set me straight that it is the company of the 90's again....
It a retracement is long-over due. I have a retirement/TSP account I have everything in the G fund....I am not putting it in any funds until I see some pullback.
Again, I think there is more downside risk for stocks than upside.
