SAC hedge fund had a huge call position that expired, perhaps they were rolling into jan from dec.
i would note that FST just filed an updated mgt severance package, this would come into play if FST was acquired and mgt all got laid off.
i doubt SAC would just buy a ton of short term calls without having a view that there could be a takeout.
FST looks like a good long here
