This is NOT a trading position.
This is the first part of my entry into PCU. Bought approx 30% of my full quota today. Initial target is $100 exact, with no time limit on that target.
Will look to add on lower prices, but will happily add at a higher level (up to 80 or so) if today turns out to be the bottom of the bottom (which is unlikely).
FYI, DYODD, IMHO
$40is just a joke and coming from a short basher, that would push its PE down to a little under 4, and that is just not going to happen when a company that has a high div yield on an already low pe of about 7. $68 is a possibility, but that would be a very attractive entry point, wait until they get out of the problems there in right now, the strikes, and as long as copper doesn't fall below $2.50, pcu will be back in the 80's or 90's in a few month time if not sooner. but right now from the charts i have been looking at it is still bearish.
I really don't mess around with options, I am a mid-long term investor in company stock. These days I have learned the only sure thing in this market is dividends and this stock has the most attractive dividends I have seen and has upward potential. I know people have been posting that this stock is going to go to 40 but I really don't see that happening unless copper becomes useless which won't happen for a really long time if ever. I feel if you don't get in this stock now you will be upset that you didn't in the future.
does anyone use e-tdrade to day or swing trade? and if so is it pretty good, i just switched to ameritrade apex to find out that one of the major things that i wanted, trailing stops, was only available when you are long and not if you are buying or selling short. just looking for some honest feedback on e-trade compared with ameritrade. thanks in advanced for your replies.
Oh yeah, I like PCU, good trading stock, will get long again when things in the market and company settle.
Hmmm. You are following chartist's method of 'sliding in'. Only long instead of short.
I would be too if I had some cash. That will happen soon after I close the sale on an apartment.
I too prefer to buy when others are selling. Sometimes though it tests my convictions. You see I was buying on the way down recently, not expecting such a drastic selloff. Not worried even the slightest bit. I am sleeping fine.
