Dem in line for energy gavel says nation must reconsider natural gas exports

then watch and listen .... if the US begins to export NG , guess where the price goes ???? the price
will be set by other countries, who are currently paying $14-16 .... no doubt , the drillers / transporters /
and refiners will probably do very well , but for US consumers ... not so much .. either most of the
NG will be exported , leaving domestic US with lower supplies , or the price will rise such that
NG will be no bargain over oil or coal ....
i, for one , would be in favor of the Fed Govt setting export quotas , such that NG can remain as
an abundant and cheap energy source for US residents !!!! .... garce

    • For those that what to know
japan is paying Above market rates because that need the gas period
That do not like this so they will probably cancel no nucular power plants
China is where you should look and they are paying about $10 and thats the price they are looking long term
Us Price will probably be around $6 and cost about $3 to ship
