Not a chance. Look at how the stock is trading. In fact, it looks like the "last chance to buy under $20" crowd is being overwhelmed by the "last chance to sell over $20" crowd. If the market corrects, this stock is gonna see $17+ again before it sees $21+ again
The market cap of the company based on all the assets is $35bil, north of 40 with a premium. Subtract the 13 bil debt, you end up with 27Bil, roughly double the current stock price. A buyout wouldnt' be considered for less than $40/shr.
