educated. I am a student of the markets and can tell you
that many financials will trade below 3 dollars and then reverse split thier shares. Mainly large financials will do this like fnm,fre,mer,wm,aig,leh... and the list goes on.
use common sense and see that the trend is major financials heading to zero doing reverse splits.
