    Deal is off.

I am sure they found out that VCGH management steals from the till so they don't have to report it to tax authorities. VCGH is a strip club...they strip shareholders of all of their money. Company is worth so much more but with the faulty accounting, stealing from the till, etc....Eric ia probably saying forget it...not worth the hassle.

Personally, I think the company will be better off without the deal. It is interesting that we are at almost EXACTLY the close on 2/16 when the deal was announced.

Time to get back to the nice strong share price increase based on good solid earnings. earnings.

    • Remember, Eric bought Vegas at the height of the biggest real estate/equity bubble EVER....He sometimes thinks he can polish the biggest of the turds.

He might just look at the accounting thing as a challenge and say "well we only can take VCGH up from here".

Not saying you are wrong, just putting the other side of the argument out there. You know, fair and balanced :)

      • I would love to know what happened.

My guess is that when they turned over every rock hey found some things they didn't like and instead of trying to fix they walked.

VCGH has nowhere to go from here but be bought out by Troy or go under ( maybe for a lower price it makes sense for RICK).

With all the knowledge that Eric and team got from the review this should help them going forward.

Get down to business and lets earn some money.
