Especially if's RICK did in fact kick him out for not buying more drinks. They should have allowed him to stay if he wasn't fighting or harassing others. If they sell drinks, they need to need to give people time to sobber up after.
the driver is ultimately responsbile. Theproblem is the law firm plans to get rich on this one by taking Rick's down so they can make more money. Mark Lanier is trash from way backwith drug company lawsuits he has made many hundreds of millions of dollars at consumer and investor expense
"When it comes down to a rational judgment the drunk will most likely will be held largely responsible."
That's the thing about drunks, they rarely ever have rational judgement. That responsibility lies in the hands of the establishment PUSHING alcohol on them.
If RICK was to lose it's liquor license for this incident, would it apply to just that one club? Or would it apply to all it's clubs in Texas, or worse?
And what's the pricetage on an innocent 18 year old's life? As in a death in this case and not forced labor at a strip club (or worse).
