The CEO, Eric Langan gets $611K/yr and a personal jet w/ pilot?
Top 3 execs make over $1M, or nearly 13.5% of the company's YEARLY earnings. We don't even know what the other execs are making. Plus they all get use of the "company" jet and pilot whenever they want.
I have never felt that the CEO ran this company for the benefit of the shareholders. Seriously, why does a company of this size need its own jet? i haven't read the annual report with the SEC, but it should list all the other benefits that the officers receive.
Warren Buffett makes only $491K/yr and Charlie Munger $100K/yr to run Berkshile Hathaway! Buffett's salary was $100K/yr up until just recently.
No CEO should make more than 1% of a company's net earnings. Especially when the job is as fun as being the CEO of RICK. He obviously thinks the company is HIS and that shareholders are his ATM when he runs the debt up too high.
