Do people actually take these message boards seriously????
First, you shorts sound really desperate. A hint of advice for shorts, do not contradict each other when arguing the validity of something. One short says the air rights are worthless and another says it doesnt make sense to sell 2/3 of it for so much. So one says they are worthless and another says management is to dumb to get all the value out of it. Please do your homework on air rights and you will find out that each transaction involving air rights are totally different from each other. A lot is involved.
For longs, do your homework about the history of a company and its management. When you do you will know for yourself if this is a good investment or not. I look forward to investing in this company as soon as I liquidate other holdings. Im not going to make a case for this company because I don't feel I have to. All im saying is don't waste to much time on these message boards.
Remember, message boards are for people that want to strongly make a case on something but don't want their real name to be associated with it. (I know, Im being a hypocrite for writing on a board now. Im just really bored, lol). If it was a reputable hedge fund shorting this stock I would like to hear their opinion but I trust "barking dog" and "rick below 6" as far as I can throw a stripper off me when she finishes giving me a lap dance.
For someone to read these message boards as a source of info when deciding to long or short a stock has no business investing in the first place.
I view these boards as a way for the little guy to share information. While the big guys and program trading really control the price of a stock. These are not the 1990s when rumors could influence the direction of a stock.
