My version of "crap!" is to have dumped my ACI at $14.49 (April 15). The technicals said it was headed down at that time. Okay, so I only had 200 shares, but still...
I bought 4 (Oct/$25) puts contracts Wed, and thought about bailing today, but I try to not fight big momentum, and believe we'll now see ACI fall at least to $21 before we see $23 again. One rule I have for myself is to never buy (or, in this case, sell a put) on a day when my stock is down and the market is up. I did enter a stop limit, though, because Monday is a travel day for me.
I'll be getting long on ACI again soon, and then it'll be more than 400 shares.
