High gasoline has always scared me. Just about every market crash in history followed sky high gas prices. Oil embargo of '73, 2008, etc. It's really the only factor that scares me in the market. One thing is for sure, sooner or later this becomes a buy IMO, but my question is if it can't move up when the market sky rockets what will it do when the market falls? The market can't just keep going up all the time. GL
I really don't know what would happen, but it looks like even though today is not a good day the market is still strong and coal and solar are at mult-year low. If the overall economy is improving, I don't understand why wouldn't these two indutries improve also.
Yeah, I drove by Solyndra in Silicon V a few weeks ago, solar isn't too much of a surprise. This one however was a bit if one for me as I thought several weeks ago it would move up with the market. Should have known this entire sector is all about politics. I day it turns into an ole fashioned knife catching contest as the market sells off, but that's just me. To each his own, GL
