    Can a Shareholder Sue

The Sierra Club and other tax exempt so called environmental groups for losses incurred by the shareholder as a result of baseless lawsuits brought by such groups? If so think of the new claims and business plaintiff lawyers could open up! These so called environmental groups sustain themselves (jobs etc.) by suing for a so called stated interest when they have no economic or real interest in bringing the suit against coal and other companies; other than to keep employed, well paid and feeling important. Courts should always dismiss such suits as these groups don't have a real interest in the suits--no investment, are not shareholders, land owners, etc. And to think the American people via the IRS grant such groups a tax exemption to sue real job and wealth creators that keep America going! What a system!
