Maybe Senior Mgmt Should Take a Paycut Tied To Performance
Other than refinancing debt, they seem to be oblivious to the nuances of a changing market. They seem to just report on adversity without taking any action. They also seem to consistently miss market demand projections. How do you invest $60 Million in an unproven technology, and then hire a Chinese contractor to build the plant? Mexican roofers would have been a better choice. Hate to say it, but it reminds me of GM's fat cat mgmt at the bitter end. I've got mine and to heck with the stockholders.
Those are my sentiments exactly and I could not agree more. "We will be properly positioned when the market turns around" IS NOT A VIABLE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY! Shareholders certainly do not need to pay a CEO almost $5 Million in total compensation to sit around and do nothing other than miss ridiculously low expectations.
