Gone for one penny/A tax write off
Who would buy it? Took two days to fill at a penny. Beyond recovery, pronounced dead.

everyone knows it will take out the old high. check out the property (or, imp valley) this one has. this time around they borrow monies at low rates with more tech savvy. be here or be nowhere, and stop chafing at the opportunity, and work on that negative attitude.
