Current shareholders probably only own less than 20% of CXZ's listed resources
A 10:1 R/S brings give the company 6.6M shares at $1. They want to raise $25M. The pps probably drifts back to .80 after the R/S while they have a share offering of 31.25M shares at .80 to raise $25M. So the 6.6M shares divided by the total shares after the offering gives you a little under 17.5%.
So Derek really can't say that current shares are buying CXZ's resourses at $6.6M. That's a farce because cash MUST BE RAISED or CXZ will lose what they have to royalties and local taxes.
Like CXZ 3 years ago, and URRE recently, the best chance you have for a trade is to buy the pullback AFTER the R/S and share offering happens. Buying before it is simply an unknown gamble. You have no idea how it will be structured so you can't possibly place a value on any of it. Sorry Derek, you just can't place a value on this with management playing poker with YOUR chips. They haven't exactly been transparent in the past, nor have they ever made any wise investments resulting in profits.
