That limits the float but does nothing for liquidity. Thanks to management's recent string of antics, we are most likely going to gyrate with the traders around $5 as I said before with the occasional up and down (like now) until we are much closer to some data or there is news. There is simply too much risk of more surprises from these guys for any serious accumulation right now.
I don't believe in trading in and out of a stock like this but if you believe the story still and can do it, the best bet is to buy in the dips and try to continue to average down.
By the way, anyone see the string of Form 4s at the end of the year? Nothing like giving yourself a nice bonus with the stock trading down 40+%.
