    The CFO Must Go!

Where is there any indication that the CEO and CFO cashed in options? This is typical short scare tactics. The stock is performing badly enough on its own. It is not neccessary to use lies and inuendos to try and batter it further. You expose tourself for what you really are.

    • In case you weren't aware, semper = sugarr = shinbone. He's been using these foolish tactics for four months as he tries to recoup his losses from a poorly timed short in early November. Another $2 drop in Avid will get him to even. He's a loser. Most here have put him on Ignore -- that's why you don't see many responses to his silly posts (except when he answers himself).

      • Avid Lover,

You are completely wrong about Sugarr. But since you decided to chime in, please explain to us mere mortals what it is about Sugarr's superb posts that you find "silly".

Yes, I'm challenging you to explain just what he has said, most of which is extremely bright and insightful, that you personally find incorrect, a lie, or just plain wrong.

PROVE WHAT YOU'VE JUST POSTED, ESPECIALLY THE PART ABOUT SUGARR HAVING SHORTED IN THE TEENS. EVERYONE HERE WHO HAS READ HIS POSTS KNOWS HE IS ANTI-AVID, WHY HE IS ANTI-AVID, AND THAT HE DID NOT SHORT IN A UP MARKET. YOU ARE A BOLD-FACED LIAR. I'M UPSET BECAUSE I GENUINELY BELIEVE YOU ARE PART OF A MANAGEMENT LED CONSPIRACY TO STEAL MONEY FROM HONEST INVESTORS. GO AHEAD: SUE ME, SHILL IF I'M LYING. I DARE YOU. DO IT SHILL!

I will not hold my breath waiting for a reply you clearly don't have the aptitude to write.

How dare you, a DTV alias, lie about Sugarr. He is not using aliases, you are. You lie, and you are probably a company paid hypster. You have never offered anything of substance here, just finger pointing and conspiracy theories.

And while I'm at it: since management is involved in faking the numbers and slanting CCs, how is it you have never commented on these genuine matters of concern? How is it, you have never listened to the CC? How is it, you point fingers at one of the only honest investors posting on this board.

Sugarr is an old friend of mine from the Ancor board. We go way back.

I've met countless shills like you before. If you are directly or indirectly related to Avid; if you have access to inside information about this scam: You belong in handcuffs for the damage you've done. When this company drops below $5, you just might learn a real lesson about investing.

I HAVE COPIES OF ALL OF YOUR POSTS. SLEEP WELL.

      • the first major distribution day for this stock was on 1-27-03. Volume was 2,938,389. Today was the second major distribution day at 3,075,694 volume. But note on these days the stock closed lower, not higher.

Without a doubt, you will be a bagholder.

How do you not know semper=sugarr=shinbone did not average up in his shorts?

        I did. I came out a winner.

However, I left money on the table. I blew it. I should have not bought back today as early as I did.

        But, there's always tomorrow.

Provided, of course, the dam MM's don't really gap this thing down on Monday?????????????????????????????????????????

      • You forgot a few:

        = sal = FICA = Count

    • Are you actually saying that options were NOT exercised enmass at the end of 2002? Are you a fool, or a company paid shill?

Since all one has to do is listen to the CC to verify that massive options were exercised, to pretend this did not happen; to suggest no one cashed in is CRIMINAL.....unless of course you are just a numskull..in this is the case-----good luck.
