To simply state it for you as I have done in previous posts, the IPO pipeline remains strong. Even your ignorance cannot deny that one. PJC has been a beneficiary of this; they have strung together two great quarters and going FORWARD the earnings outlook remains relatively strong. You continuously make the mistake of thinking Wall Street cares about quarters past. It is the guidance going into future quarters that dictates future stock prices. I know you currently have a short position and I strongly recommend covering because your pain will only attain even greater heights. You are partially right about one thing though, history does repeat itself on Wall Street, thats what makes it so predictable in ways, but I shall save this lecture for another post perhaps. Anyways you are disregarding the Federal Reserve, once the rate hikes come to an end and it is going to happen sooner than later, the investment banks and brokerage houses will have exceptional performance.
