This was once an investor grade company. It had a return on investments with the Dividend. It stopped paying in 2008.Investors gave it a chance. Now it looks like the earnings are going to officers and directors. It is now a speculative company with no strong returns. Usually companies like this go out of existence. I have followed Arvin then Meritor and now ArvinMeritor since 1976. I only invested in this Company for a small return and possibly small growth. This Company is a goner.
