This company has issues from the top down. The "all-knowing" management "team" has rid themselves of anyone who will stand up to them to say they're making mistakes over the last few years and, instead, have surrounded themselves with "yes men" who will sing them praises in hopes of moving up the chain. In reality there will not be a chain to move up on soon.
I laughed all the way to the bank when I sold at $18.75/share knowing this company is a failure and wouldn't survive by the end of 2014.
Time after time Cliff and Darron has put blame on everything but where the blame belongs and that is on themselves and the rest of the management. You can't rule with an iron fist, put people through "attitude adjustment school" and expect everything to be great, grand and wonderful. There's a reason people there developed the "attitude problem". They don't like being minimized and threatened every day and over time that develops into a pure hatred for everything USA Truck.
Mark it down...2014 is the year this company gets bought out or folds into bankruptcy.
wow you are generous to give them to 2014. I dont know if I would. I do agree with your assesment of the problem with this company. its amazing to me that Cliff still has his job. how much share holder equity has he cost share holders. what about $16 a share. the company has only gone downhill since he became CEO.
