With the new equity partners and the Greeks, it is only a matter of time that this goes private. My guess is about $3.00. It makes sense. Get rid of us little invstors that make them crazy, get the company healthy and profitable and come out public as a new co in 2 years....Look at the history of G/G
Tricky. If a turnaround, via improving sales and margins is happening now, the stock price should go up quicker than they can go through the steps necessary to take this private. I would wager they could not take this private before back to school numbers start coming in, but that's just my guess based on past experience of watching how similar transactions with high insider ownership have gone.
