learn how to interpret the derivative liability, folks

Seems some shorts and headline news writers don't get how it works. But I'm sure some posters here would like you not to learn by continually posting untrue information that clogs up this message board. It's all explained in the earnings transcript and the 10-K.

      • I will look to buy back my shares in December when there will be year-end tax selling because there are now lots of folks in at higher prices now and will be looking to take their losses. That's my medium term reading - coupled with the fact that in general, the sector is in bad/weak shape.

With every day that goes by, ARO becomes more tempting - it is looking like PSUN did on the downside a few years back...so I need to restrain myself there...or maybe just nibble once it hits (what looks to be a) bottom.

      • Same Store Sales have increased multiple quarters in a row. Golden Gate loan not due until when - 2016? You could post Atari Same Dig Dug Sales, but comparing tech companies to apparel retailers with increasing same store sales seems to be a bigger stretch than you are stretching your fictional numbers!
