there will be a Seeking Alpha article soon to pump after the author buys some shares, will convince some gullible sheep to buy, then once they've all been herded in, the bottom will fall out and shares will be back below $2.
The only possible nearterm catalyst would be a Private Equity group taking advantage of cheap money to come in and acquire PSUN. Maybe eventually leases get cheap enough or some of the competitors go under, but that is going to take years to play out.
Or that we learn that retailers start doing well as the summer goes on. The CEO couldn't explain slow women's swimsuit sales. I'd guess weather was a factor, which is something seemingly every retailer blamed on their sales.
