The other issue when dealing with live cells is that it's not like reverse engineering the cadbury secret.......you are talking about years of research and the fact that they can't just pick up a sample makes it even more difficult. Where do you guys come from?
Do you actually have any experience on IP law? No patent can be broken "without any legal action", and the legal action to break one pretty much requires that the challenger show prior art. Since there doesn't appear to be prior art on this approach, I don't think I'm to worried about it going away.
