I sold out above 4 after getting in after the last financial fiasco and looking to get back in...

As you guys know I was touting the stock at 3.20 and told you all when I sold which was around 4.10 as I recall. But it is back on my radar. There are numerous questions surrounding this company but they all seem to surround the price action. Now price is not always "truth" but you play against it at your own peril. This is essentially what AF is saying: Funds have looked at NWBO and passed. But Sabby Management did not pass and they were buying I presume prior to the PIPE -- they owned approx. 300,000 prior to the PIPE according to SEC files. The question is are they de-risking here--selling shares (which are not restricted) and just keeping the warrants. This seems to be pattern with each dilution. and it does not speak well to the company. A good company does a secondary and you never see the secondary price. The stock dips and the dilutive price becomes the floor. With NWBO the dilutive price becomes the ceiling. Last year the company was trading at 6 bucks they just sold over 10% of their company at about 3.50 considering the pricing of the warrants. Pretty incredible that the company sold 10% at a valuation less than 100 million! So when the price action is telling you one thing but the company another who do you believe?
