Why is Linda the only one that owns stock in NWBO?
I don't even see that Boynton who founded the company owns any stock nor to any of the other 3 people (Goldman, Bosch or Miada) who are listed on NWBO's web site with stock.
Does that seem odd to anyone that of the 5 people listed on NWBO's web-site that only Powers is showing owning stock on NASDAQ? One would think that a company with 5 people would own a considerable amount of stock in the company, but it's just Power's that is showing.
They probably have options to exercise when all goes well. Others may not be in it for the money (go figure). I'm invested in some other sound pre-approval companies, and each have something that make you scratch your head. That said, if you use Nasdaq resources to observe institutional buying for NWBO, it is quite impressive compared to "more sound companies." I don't know Goldman's perspective, but the others are scientists and humanitarians. This world of investment probably seems more bizarre to them than their reluctance to enter the free market is to us.
