There is no new news on the web site for many months. They still show both Hoku Solar and Hoku Materials as the 2 divisions of Hoku Corporation.

Yes there are plenty of reasons it has not moved but what you posted was false. They have only mentioned in filings that they may have sell parts of the Corporation.
We all know the problems that face Hoku.
