I saw on the internet that Marvin Slomowitz (CEO) owns 1,918,840 shares. That is about 1/4 of the company. Does anyone how and when he acquired those shares. How much did he pay for them? Also, whatever happened to the next X-div date. The last one listed is Oct. 29. If this company is still paying quarterly dividends, why hasn't there been one yet for the first quarter?
