IF you google Foss patents, (unable to copy and paste web address anymore!), there is a great article today by Florian Muller regarding the history of slide to unlock litigation which mentions Neonode as prior art and goes on to say that Apple will have difficulty with their patent infringement lawsuits in Europe and elsewhere primarily because of this prior art....good read.
