As a shareholder and long-term investor I am very pleased with the results and the outlook. The cash generated in Q4 went from ($3.1) last year (pre-iContact) to $4.2 this year. That's a positive $7 million swing in cash flow and doesnt include the $6 million increase in A/R. Cash has recovered from the acquisition drain and still doesnt contemplate borrowing capacity under their line of credit.
This is a lean company with good revenue that grew OVER 50% quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year. The company ADDED 1,363 NEW CUSTOMERS just this quarter, which is a 30% increase over Q4 2011. They ALREADY HAVE $77 million in contracted revenue to be recognized in 2013 - that's a great start considering their accelerated rate of customer acquisition. They are already nearly half way toward beating 2012.
The company has been aggressive in promoting the marketing suite. The company has a unique position in the industry. At some point they are a great takeover candidate for someone who wants to quickly bolster their media monitoring and communications platform.
I like this company long term and belive that the market will once again jump onboard and propel the stock back to a $24+ price. Lots of money to be made here.
Have faith. The CEO alone has repeatedly bought up around $15/share totaling out nearly $4 million over past year. He all but screams during conference calls that the strategy is getting traction and you can see the growth.
