Final K-1 doesnt come until June.If you use the 1st K-1 sent you will likely have to amend your tax return.Best to file for an extention until final one sent.

No! I used a tax CPA/lawyer to file and that not how to do it! The IRS will tell you if the initial and the final are that much apart that it needs to be amended or ask you to pay any additional. I been holding BX since the IPO(1997) and I have never got a reply by the IRS because of the difference.

Go to the company's website and sign up to get an email when it is available. You can then go and get it online the same day or two. Usually, it been around the 16th of March.
