Why Is HIG Capital buying APFC? Is like real estate where they see an undervalued property and are going to resell it at a tidy profit? Or is this a back door method of going private? Just dumb questions but once premise remains - they wouldn't have tendered the offer if they didn't think APFC was grossly undervalued. That's why they are an "investment" firm. The reason for this line of logic is that I've had people already telling me to sell in case the deal falls through. There is no premium here. This buyout price is what it was after the drop 3 months ago. So is it business as usual? I still claim that it is a highly orchestrated buy out that was initiated months ago. My opinion only.
