Since both CSU & SRZ have such low market caps, do either of them compliment BKD's footprint or services enough to be considered for acquisition? With BKD's recent rise & proven ability to sell shares, is this an opportunity time for them?
Now I've seen where a lot of the daytraders from the late '90s/early 2000 stock mania have migrated - to the HC industry stocks; most of them have moved to these places so their stocks are natural vehicles for their trading... hmmm!
Sorry....I know I'm talking to myself.....and full disclosure has me owning 20K SRZ shares at $1.40 basis, so this is self serving.....but obviously, the Colorado communities were a nice fit. Are there any others? Before SRZ stock goes higher, why not pick off the whole company? We have the beginnings of a turn around in the economy, there are probably plenty of synergies to be gained, SRZ should be out of their German fiasco shortly, and the aging demographics speak for themselves. The CEO of SRZ is not a builder....he's a turnaround and sell CEO. What is the risk/reward from BKD owners viewpoint?
