I'm new to the stock and need input. I like the industry and demographics but wonder what it will take for them to be profitable? Give their interest expense requirements, it seems to me that can't make enough operating profit in 2011 (and perhaps 2012) to be positive. Is there a catalyst beyond an uptick in housing (i.e., to allow seniors to liquidate their homes and move into BKD's units) that can propel them to profitability?
