favorable demographics make operators of CCRCs (continuing care retirement communities) and attractive investment, and BKD is one of the best operators, imo, of such communities; nice buildings with access to various levels of care under one roof - the way most seniors, again imo, would like to have it. While seniors can afford it, it is likely the preferred residential model.
