    More delays...

....The good news is that it looks like it's pretty well priced into the stock already. No real selloff on this oft repeated story.

    Kel............will continue to hold

    • the problem is Kelt that we don't control timing of the dilatory issues they've raised, nor can we label the PLR issues simple delays as there is no assurance the IRS will rule in favorable matter at any point in time...so i agree-continue to hold until they get an unfavorable PLR that sours a deal.
Priced in? hope so,but I am positioning for more down side just do not like continued delays and imo, increasing tax risk for every day that passes w/o PLR clarity

      • My opinion is that the likelihood of the IRS issuing an unfavorable PLR to any particular transaction is remote as long as the refined coal meets the statutory requirements. They have approved several transactions so far so while they might require some more t's to be crossed or i's to be dotted the PLRs are not likely to be a concern other than the time that they required to be isssued.

Once the Clean Coal operated facility is transfered to the new renters, the quarterly earnings statements will definite change to more accurately reflect the money making potential of refined coal. All the ingredients for having a major, major breakout in share price are in place. All we have to do is sit tight and enjoy the ride over the next 5 years or longer.
