I have owned the stock several times over the years and I am in it now for the upcoming sale of the company which will show that the management will enhance shareholder value.I have also owned several defense companies and the fact that Video takes every quarter a significant amount off the inventory for obsolescense tells me that it is quite possible that the inventory number on a sale of the company will most likely move up at closing. So it has more value when the sale happens.
what the HECK are you talking about ? You must be an ORDWAY Shil stupid repugnantcan, INVENTORY has been the SAME for YEARS and has not been reduced any recent qtr. and is NOW equal to over 6 months of SALES. Sounds like a SERIOUS WRITE DOWN is needed.
Just wait when the takeout happens. You will be happy with the valuation unless you bought it years ago in the teens. For those that purchased it in the last four years, you will be happy. It doesn't make sense for any sellers to be here, because we are in the time frame when these kind of acquisitions get done.Patience everyone.
Unfortunately, facts are facts and you are probably right. The CEO had the most to gain and lose and ultimately he has incurred the biggest decline in value. Perhaps he was just too close to the company to make the tough decisions. We should find out shortly what others value as the worth of the company. In a market that has recovered hugely, this stock has gone down. We are all losers in that regard. Let's get it sold and get out.
