Old Ben is slow sometimes but I believe the market has dementia. JRCC borrows money at 10 percent and goes up. ANR borrows money at LIBOR bank rates plus 2.75 percent and it goes down. The 12 month LIBOR is 0.711 percent. Add 2.75 and you get 3.461 percent. That is on $625 million dollars. That is the London interbank offered rate.
