    So how are you voting on the proxy?

    I honestly think EG and BG want the operating entity intact and are delighted that investment is starting to focus.

    I think the original price tag for WB got doubled in spending some how and I believe there's a lot of devil in the details.

    Bankruptcy coincidentally would murder their shares.

    Keeping COIN a going concern will give them control to maintain their secret little world, insulated from outside scrutiny. Except for being on the SEC's list currently, they are home free. LOL.

    Give Ed the vote to perpetuate teh coverup? Yeah, only because I want to harvest my shares.
