Recently a rain storm washed out a section of a bridge out west. The bridge was built on the guarantee that it would withstand anything nature could throw at it. Now, a big chunk of the bridge is missing, and it was not an engineering issue. Guess with which companies cement the bridge was orginally built just two years ago?
Why not be more specific. If your talking about the bridge in Tempe AZ say so. Let's talk measured rainfall, and engineering flaws etc. etc. Where did you get your info? What company promises that kind of guarantee.
The engineers reviewing the bridge in Tempe have concluded that the bridge is entirely undamaged. The damage was all to the roadway approaching the bridge. THe water undercut the blacktop and some of it collapsed.
