Pues tienes razon.
California is broke from educating all the kids who came here illegally. The federal government says you have to educate all kids.
$10,000 a pop, easily. California broke.
Forgot to mention all the free medical care they also get.
Interesting implication. That means then, that you would also call for Microsoft, Exxon, J&J, McDonalds, Intel, Merck employees working abroad to be sent back to the US, right?
Or does your comment only address Mexicans working for Mexican companies in the US or Mexicans working for US comnpanies in the US?
I wonder what are the rules of these Message Boards with respect to ethnically biased comments.
And by the way, just like any other multinational, Cemex has a number of employees from MANY countries who are not particularly impressive, not just from Mexico.
I would too, but the idiots at the Tampa HR office can go first in my book.HR at CX is a joke. You have %#$@*&'s like Patrick the "yes-man" riding on daddy's coattails with no talent and worse.I could go on and on about how screwed up things are but Mexico dont care. The board members have made their money and they are living high on the hog & watching this company implode. They made shur to lock in their retirement and screwed all of us for starters. The good ole days are far behind us now and considered gone for good.Rinker jumped up and bit them in the ass.
This is one sick organization. In time, this company will implode from the inward thinking allowed by such individuals that only look to cover their tails versus true leadership. Patrick and Tom are clear examples in the Tampa office.. it runs rampid throughout with the exception of a few in Houston. Then again, the Houston leadershp allows this inbred corporate culture to continue. Groupthink is the cancer that will take this company down....Replace this deadweight with leaders and CEMEX may claw out of this mess... Good Luck!
