When you look at this company in comparison to other technology companies, they seem to be very light on the ownership of the stock. This indicates no real risk exposure for poor performance as disincentives to their visionary team nor the upside for growing this company which it has been a very slow mover on growing revenues. I noticed the latest insider activity is selling and seems like this happened last year when the company was around these levels and prior to hitting skids for rest of the year while management made some real nice profits. Thoughts?
When you look at the Insider Ownership on Yahoo, I believe that everyone listed as major holders is no longer with the company as of the last few months with exception of the CEO. Would seem to be lofty turnover rates at the upper levels when combined with others not listed. Very interesting and maybe transformation of the company to weed out the non-performers or leaving due to the CEO or something.
