I know some folks who work at Manpower corporate, and they are telling me that Manpower has undergone significant cost cutting initiatives under the radar screen. All the division companies are looking to get rid of people under false pretenses and from what I'm being told unethically. When they lose one VP, they don't replace that person but rather give that workload to another VP. Apparently this is happening across all Manpower division companies. I'm being told that morale is so bad, they don't want to do mass layoffs but instead approach getting rid of people in a subtle manner and secretive as to not worry the existing employees, but many are jumping ship because they see what's going on and don't want to be part of Manpower anymore.
Very interesting indeed!
I wonder if the Manpower workerbees are smart enough to see what's going on right under their eyes?
