From the company website, there are 326,534,177 shares issued and outstanding, and 451,196,482 shares fully diluted (including warrants and options). So at current price of 0.76, it's a market cap of about 343 million. When I check the company's canadian symbol, yahoo has its market cap at just under 100 million (canadian dollars).
Anyway, I am not very good at it, but I am trying to calculate the earning per share in 2012. At 5 million silver production, and let's assuming a silver price of $50/oz. Assuming that the company nets $30/oz all inclusive. That's $150 million total profit, and divided by 451 million shares equals about 0.33/share profit. Multiply that by 10 is 3.3 and by 15 is 4.95.
So that's about a 4 to 6 bagger in 2 years. Does my calculation make sense? Any comments?
